Ⅰ. Guarantee

This guarantee aims to ensure that the quality of the products provided meets international standards and that the products delivered to the buyer are brand new.

Ⅱ. Quality standards

1.The products provided by our company comply with relevant national laws and regulations as well as international quality standards, such as ISO9001.

2. Take reasonable quality control measures during the production process to ensure stable product quality.

Ⅲ. Product inspection

1.The buyer has the right to inspect the purchased products to ensure that they meet the requirements.

2. The inspection cost shall be borne by the buyer, and the buyer has the right to choose a third-party inspection agency for inspection.

Ⅳ. Warranty Period

1. The warranty period for all our products is two years.

2. During the warranty period, if there is any non-human factor damage to the parts, after confirmation by our technical personnel, our company can provide the parts that need to be replaced free of charge; If the parts are damaged due to human factors or beyond the warranty period, only the cost of the parts will be charged. The shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Ⅴ. Handling Quality Issues

1.If the buyer discovers quality issues after receiving the product, they should immediately provide written notice to the seller and provide relevant evidence.

2. The seller will investigate the quality issue and negotiate a solution with the buyer within ten working days after receiving the notice.

If the quality problem is caused by the seller's responsibility, the seller will bear the corresponding compensation responsibility.
