After the busy operation season, it is essential to conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the plant protection drone to ensure that the equipment remains in optimal condition. Here, we particularly emphasize an often overlooked but extremely critical component - the arm buckle. Proper installation and tightening are the key to avoiding potential serious failures.
Four steps to ensure your safety:
1. Remove and clean the arm buckle screws. If they are stripped, worn or bent, please replace them in time.
2. First install the long pin into the hole at the injection molding end of the machine arm, then install the hexagonal stud into the hole in the middle of the long pin shaft and tighten it.
(Note: Installation order, be careful not to install the long and short pin shafts in reverse)
3. Install the short pin into the hole of the locking handle and adjust the angle between the locking handle and the hexagonal stud to the vertical direction.
4. Use an M4*12 cup head screw with rubber to pass through the short pin of the locking handle, insert it into the hexagonal stud hole and tighten it.
(Note: 1. The hexagonal stud and the hexagonal wrench must be kept in the same straight line; 2. The screw must be tightened)
