1. Product Customization Service
As long as the customization does not involve the modification of the product structure, we customize the product according to the special requirements of customers at a reasonable cost and delivery time.
2. Warranty Period
For product damage caused by non-human reasons, we provide a 2-year warranty on other parts except for easily worn parts. For any faulty parts within the warranty period, if you can repair it on your side and the repair cost is lower than the value of the part, we will bear the repair cost; otherwise, we will send a replacement.
3. After-sales Service Spare Parts
We provide all spare parts for our products, even some styles after we stop production for 5 years. To make it easier for you to choose spare parts, we also provide product manuals.
4. Technical Support
We provide one-to-one technical support through email and video conferencing. If necessary, we can also send engineers to your place.
5. Product Assembly Service
When the product is SKD, reassembly only requires bolt and nut work, which is not difficult at all. We do not sell products in CKD unless you have assembly capabilities. If your quantity is really large, we can send someone to provide guidance.
6. OEM Orders
As long as the order quantity is reasonable (more than 300 drones or golf carts per year), we will accept it.
7. Regional Agent Restrictions
We have several basic requirements. First, you must be engaged in the relevant business for a period of time; second, you must be able to provide after-sales service to your customers; third, you must be able to order and sell a reasonable number of drones or golf carts.
8. Payment Method
For new customers, our typical payment method is "T/T 30% deposit after order confirmation, T/T 70% before container loading". Single orders over US$500,000 are acceptable for irrevocable letters of credit at sight. For old customers, our payment terms can be more flexible. Please contact us for more information.

We regularly conduct customer satisfaction surveys to collect feedback and continuously improve the quality of after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
